| Since 2005, the Republic of Ghana has experienced an average economic growth rate of more than 7% annually. Such growth, in conjunction with the discovery of offshore oil reserves in 2007, has enabled the West African nation to halve the national poverty rate, attain middle-income status and stabilise relatively high per capita growth. These achievements, however, have also led to a reduction in aid inflows. Consequently, the Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA) – the national institution mandated to collect and administer The Kreditanstalt für Wiederaufbau (KfW) was enlisted in 2012 to support the GRA in their modernisation process. In 2018, OOA & GOPA Infra won the tender to design and construct a new building to accommodate the Learning and Development department to improve IT and software skills for the entire staff of the institute. | .................. |
